The AT-222 "8I-II0 Distortion" was developed to meet the demanding requirements of Akira Takasaki while also serving as a highly versatile standalone distortion pedal for a wide range of players and musical styles.

Designed to perform equally well into a clean amplifier or as part of a professional stage setup, this pedal underwent more than two years of development and refinement. The result is a distortion pedal that captures the spirit of the original AT-222 while incorporating the unique Cat'sFACTORY concept of "Ki" to achieve exceptional feel, response, and musicality.

• This is a made-to-order product. Estimated production and delivery time is approximately one month.

• Currently shipped with gold-top Marshall-style control knobs.

• Each enclosure is individually finished by hand. Minor cosmetic variations between units are a natural result of the manufacturing process and do not affect performance.

• Serial numbers cannot be selected or reserved.
