International Shipping and Delivery

• Please monitor the tracking information for your package and ensure that it is collected promptly after delivery. Cat'sFACTORY is not responsible for any loss, theft, or damage to a package once the tracking information indicates that it has been delivered to the shipping address provided by the customer.

• For shipments to the United States, a flat shipping fee of USD $50 is charged at checkout. Applicable import duties and taxes are calculated and collected during checkout whenever available through our shipping and checkout systems.

• Delivery times are estimates only and may be affected by customs inspections, customs clearance procedures, weather conditions, carrier delays, or other circumstances beyond our control.

• Customers are solely responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address. Any additional shipping charges resulting from an incorrect or incomplete address, failed delivery, returned shipment, or reshipment request will be the responsibility of the customer.

• If a shipment is refused by the recipient, cannot be delivered, or is returned due to non-payment of duties, taxes, fees, or other charges required by local authorities, Cat'sFACTORY reserves the right to deduct all shipping charges, return shipping charges, customs fees, and related expenses from any refund.

• Shipping charges are non-refundable once an order has been dispatched.

• All orders are carefully inspected, packed, and documented prior to shipment. The contents of international shipments and the package weight may be recorded before dispatch.

• Any claim regarding a missing item, incorrect item, damaged item, or tampered package must be reported to Cat'sFACTORY within seven (7) days of the recorded delivery date and must include clear photographs of the shipping carton, shipping label, packaging materials, and all contents received.

• Cat'sFACTORY reserves the right to deny claims where sufficient supporting evidence is not provided, where packaging has been discarded before inspection, or where carrier records indicate that the shipment was delivered in accordance with the shipping documentation.

• Cat'sFACTORY is not responsible for fraudulent claims, third-party theft after delivery, or loss occurring after delivery has been confirmed by the carrier.

• By placing an international order, the customer agrees to these shipping and delivery terms.
