Limited Warranty Policy

• Cat'sFACTORY warrants that its products are free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal use for a period of one (1) year from the original date of purchase.

• This warranty applies only to the original purchaser and is non-transferable.

• During the warranty period, Cat'sFACTORY will, at its sole discretion, repair or replace any product determined to have a manufacturing defect.

• Customers are responsible for shipping costs to Cat'sFACTORY. Return shipping after warranty service will be covered by Cat'sFACTORY whenever reasonably possible.

• This warranty does not cover damage resulting from misuse, abuse, neglect, accident, improper installation, improper power supply, liquid exposure, modification, unauthorized repair, or normal wear and tear.

• Cosmetic wear, scratches, dents, discoloration, fading, or other appearance-related changes resulting from normal use are not covered under this warranty.

• Any product that has been modified, disassembled, or repaired by anyone other than Cat'sFACTORY may void this warranty.

• Due to the handmade nature of our products, minor cosmetic variations between units may exist and do not constitute defects.

• Cat'sFACTORY shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use its products.

• Proof of purchase may be required for warranty service.

• By purchasing and using a Cat'sFACTORY product, the customer agrees to the terms of this Limited Warranty Policy.
