• Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for reasons such as personal preference, change of mind, or dissatisfaction with tone, sound, appearance, or compatibility.

• Please review all product descriptions, specifications, and compatibility information carefully before placing your order.

• Orders may not be canceled once they have been processed or shipped.

• If you believe your product has arrived damaged or defective, please contact Cat'sFACTORY within seven (7) days of delivery.

• Any claim regarding a damaged, defective, incorrect, or missing item must include clear photographs of the product, packaging materials, and shipping carton.

• Cat'sFACTORY reserves the right to inspect, repair, replace, or otherwise resolve any verified warranty-related issue at our discretion.

• Products returned without prior authorization from Cat'sFACTORY will not be accepted.

• Shipping charges, customs duties, taxes, brokerage fees, and other import-related charges are non-refundable.

• If a shipment is refused, abandoned, or returned to Cat'sFACTORY due to customer action or inaction, any refund issued will be reduced by all shipping charges, return shipping charges, customs fees, taxes, and related expenses incurred.
